It is the only forum of its kind, bringing together commercial courts from across the world.
The objectives of SIFoCC were and are to:
- share best practice in commercial dispute resolution
- support the rule of law and
- support developing countries in their own work on resolving commercial disputes
As a result, this strengthens the relationships between business and the law across the world.
