SIFoCC’s 6th full meeting

India, New Delhi 8-9 November 2025

After Full Meetings in London, New York, Singapore, Sydney, and Doha, SIFoCC’s 6th Full Meeting in Delhi will convene judicial delegations from jurisdictions all over the world for judge-to-judge roundtable dialogue across two days, 8-9 November 2025. They will share best practice, identify innovations, assist each other, and consider together how to meet to challenges, opportunities and expectations.

The relationship between effective commercial dispute resolution and of the rule of law to the success of economies is becoming better understood. The ability of legal systems to adapt is key in remaining fair, accessible, and predictable even as the tools and processes they rely on are transformed by data and artificial intelligence. Commercial courts need to engage with corporate conduct, responsibilities and risks, in new contexts. The value of cooperation between courts and of a shared focus on standards is more obvious.
