SIFoCC and ACJADR Forum Meeting

Kampala, Uganda 23-24 May 2025

The meeting will support discussion, by the judiciaries of the African continent, and others, across the field of commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.

The aim is to identify and take forward best practice for effective commercial dispute resolution through Courts and ADR together, including to help build the confidence of international investment. The meeting will, further, explore frameworks to serve small businesses; dealing with backlog and complexity; and the relationship between judiciaries and the legal professions
