If you register for a member account, we collect your name, email address, job title, profession, government or organisation name, department, and grade. This information is provided by you during registration.

Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure providers, which provide encryption at rest and in transit. These services are hosted in data centres that comply with ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3 and other industry standards. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised SIFoCC administrators.
Where our cloud providers process data outside the UK, transfers of personal data are covered by standard contractual clauses and their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as permitted under UK GDPR.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Event booking records are retained for 24 months after the event date for administrative purposes.
