Report of the fifth full meeting (PDF, 4.7 MB)

The fifth full meeting of the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC) was a significant event, held in Doha, Qatar, in April 2024. It marked an important milestone for SIFoCC, bringing together over 50 member jurisdictions for meaningful discussions and collaborations.

Following the success of the fourth full meeting in Sydney, the fifth full meeting built upon that momentum with strong in-person attendance. This meeting demonstrated the value of global cooperation between commercial courts in addressing evolving legal challenges and fostered the exchange of knowledge and best practice.

The fifth full meeting saw record participation with conversation across a broad spectrum of topics such as: AI, Developing the relationship between Commercial Courts, Arbitration and Mediation, Transnational Cooperation, Litigation Funding, Corporate Activity and the Rule of Law.

SIFoCC’s next full meeting is due to take place in India in November 2025.
